Fun in Hollywood
So after enjoying myself in San Diego I then hit the glam and smoggy LA, I was able to get a bed in the same hostel as Jon and Sam so we had a bit of a night out even though it was a monday. Saw a band and then went to another bar till that closed and then some guys who want to be actors invited us to go to this place called Mouses. It was this really cool old black dudes place, we hung out there till the sun came up and then made our way back to the hostel for some sleep.
Tommorrow I'm going to Las Vegas and the grand canyon for a few days, then I'll end up back here in Hollywood for a bit longer.

I was there, I was there ... altho' I did not make it to Hollywood. I went to Santa Monica, wandered on the beach, ate chilly shrimp and puzzled over why they would put the car park between the restaurant and the beach (so that all you viewed from the boardwalk tables were large automobiles!) The first thing I saw when I stepped out of the cab at Santa Monica beach was a huge blue gum ... which seemed a bit weird at the time.

Sounds like good times! Can you remember any from when we were there last? I guess you got all that Jon Had to bring from home!!!Enjoy the GC - I doubt you will be any impressed with Vegas.
